Q1 : Can i get free sample?
A1 : Yes, we can offer Hanger sample or more ( less than one meter).

Q2: Do you sale stock products?
A2: We normally produce products according to customer's orders. but normal items our cooperative factory has stocks.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: The MOQ for normal fabric is 1000M per colour,3000M per shipment. If lower than the MOQ, we need to charge the extra cost of adjusting the machine.

Q4: Do you have color cards?
A4: Usually we custom the color according to customer's physical color sample or Pantone color number, and we will make lab-dip for you.

Q5: What certificates do you have?
A5: We have GRS, ISO, SGS certificates and so on.

Q6 :What is the lead time?
A6:Generally around 20-25 days after order confirmation. For any urgent order, please let us know and discuss.

Q7 : What the payment term of your company?
A7 : T/T, D/P or L/C at sight, but the new cuntomer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipping, We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good coorperation.
